His facial Expression is still the same but serioulsy has any body seen somebody grow up sooo quick i've heard of Growth Spurts but he's just grew and grew

He really has changed! His face was more round to begin with!
He wouldn't pass off for 10 now imo, 13 at the youngest.

Kids change so fast at that age. In a matter of two years a boy that age can grow up to 5-6 inches and add quite a few pounds. Puberty is rough man. This is also when their voices start to change. Did you notice S4 Walts voice was a little deeper than S1 Walts voice?
