Ok so we havent heard from this in a while
but maybe this sickness has something to do with what happened to desmond
maybe its to do with when people come to the island/leave the island

or possibly it takes its toll on them
like coming to the island has a time disruption causing some kind of brain hemerage through due time, this making it like a sickness

but they would have to be exposed to radiation
or maybe its not always like that

This could have happened to dannielle's team when they were 'infected'

any ideas??
