Conscience jumps to the constant after death??
Im just thinking, that perhaps this whole conscience jumping thorugh time thingy can work in more ways than one - in particular, on how the dead seem to appear to people.
Ok this is more speculation at the moment, but Im just wondering, if a person is dead, what happens to that persons mind? Well what if, in transference to the island, or by dying on the island, a persons conscience is granted the ablity to live on by attaching its self to its constant and then appearing in a sort of ghost form
Example No1: Boone appearing to Locke - Boone dying on the island could have allowed his concius to harness the enegry that allows backwards and forwards timetravel and latch on to his island constant, Locke thus deliver a message to him?
Example No2: Charlie appearing to Hurley. Again Charlie died within the snowglobe of the island. He then appears to his on island constant, Hurley to deliver a message to him?
Example No3: Yemi appearing to Eko. Ok so Yemi didnt die on the island. He is however linked to it. Could this have been how he managed to appear to him a couple of times to deliver a message to him? And what about Ana Lucia appearing to her on island constant Eko? This could also link to Jack seeing his Dad also under similar circumstances. It could also link to Jacob somehow.
Also, another thread on this same theory is how Walt keeps making himself appear all the time? Is it that he naturally possesses this ablity to shift his concious or that of other things - like the bird into the side of the doors.
And what of Kates horse - could it be that she shifted the horses concious to the island. On the same notion could she, temporaly, shifted her dead Dads concious into Sawyer?
All speculation at the moment but it seems that this concious shifting thing could take on many manefestations. To be continued when there is more to go on. Feel free to add your own thoughts.
