Yes its TTT: Toby Theory Time...

So, desmond turns the key! What happend? Why did Charlie nochalauntly stumble back into camp just with ear ache (ironic for us songwriters) and know nothing of it? Well, I reckon this needs some theorizing!

Earlyer on in the episode, Desmond refered to them being in a "snowdome" which I reckon the island is. I also think there are two means of escape, either through the door micheal is heading towards, or up through the middle. This is where the swan comes in: the first electromagnetically propelled space ship travel thingy. Charlie was in a corridor section, which would have stayed there as the ship launched.

So, they are in some crazy orbit or something, elightened to their new role of space losties. The door flying down? propelled off the side as it flew up is what!

They will land somewhere, and then be given further instruction to their destiny!


I know, silly farfetheched and wont happen, but still, GROUND CONTROL TO MAJOR TOM!! lol!

Im not sure about the space travel thing..but i think Desmonds remark about the island ebing a 'snowdome' is a relevant one..particularly as those 2 Penny-employed dudes looked like they were in a snowdome.

Also, perhaps the island does have 2 means of escape (or release)? since many aspects of Lost seem to come on pairs (or opposites).
