Well it depends....

If the baby is Jins.... and likely conceived on the island then she is probably done for less she becomes Juliets next guinea pig.

If its whats his name.... who she was having an afair with she will be fine.

However if she is ok then Jin will know the baby isnt his!

I will add, presuming we're getting 5 and a half series, which was stated somewhere, I don't think we'll actually see Sun give birth. Of course, it depends how far into the pregnancy mothers are before they erm...die, so I suppose it could be earlier.

Well I have no proof... though I suspect the scene we seen in the operating room with Sabina (I think) well Im convinced that they were sectioning her, basically child birth...

Though if Juliet is telling the truth then I suppose the body could reject the baby at any point in the pregnancy.

From a stroyline POV I still like to think that Suns baby is infact an implant from Juliet (i.e. Juliets creation) but the more likely idea is that it is indeed the result of her fling with Jae-L.

Im not sure she's going to die..i had half hoped that Claire would vacate our screens in this episode, only for her to them wake up chirpy and dandy. How i forget Par whatsitcalled..sorry Claire, but until your next centric, you'll probably annoy me.

My understanding of it is pregnant women die after conceiving children that belong to Others men so unless one of the Others got Sun pregnant then she will be fine

Im not so sure it has to do with the male being an 'Other' or not..more to do with conceiving 'on' the island. Since be a man an Other or a non-Other, they are both genetically the same..Tom and the other male Others come from the real world too and my guess is that their genetic make-up is the same as Jack, James or Sayids etc..

Well maybe there is some kinda radiation that is preventing cancer but also upsetting the reproduction areas of the body and the Losties haven’t been on the island long enough for reproduction areas to become dysfunctional so if Sun conceived with Jin (or Michael) then she will be fine

I'm not so sure KoR. I mean ask yourself why are woman even having children on the island? Why don't they just leave then come back? I think having a child on the island MAKES you different somehow - genetically, makes you 'special'...?

I mean, I'm looking for a motive for Ben - because what he's doing sickens me - but although this would far from rectify what he's done/doing, it makes sense.

I've had a theory that Ben is the last man of his 'species'/native islander. I even considered that Locke may have this 'gene' and thus his connection to the island, and maybe why Ben is so interested in him.
But anyway, I have to agree with EC - I think this is for 'islander Others' not the whole world. I mean, they nabbed Jules - who technically did what Ben wants on the island in the real world, if he truly was saving humanity he'd let her go and save the billions of other people instead of keeping her on an island with, what? A couple of hundred?

well after two for a road its become fairly clear that noone is safe. I cant see sun dieing and Jin surviving, they would go togethor
