Yes but didnt Claire only survive because of the injections they gave her? Oh no, maybe she didnt....lol i really should pay more attention So Claire was special in some way because she survived?

Well, it's a matter of opinion: personally, I don't know if I believe that those injections do what Juliet says they do... we know that Claire was sick in that episode because of the implant rather than because of withdrawal from medication, and we know that Desmond was taking the same serum that Ethan was giving Claire, and obviously he wouldn't want to take a drug to enable him to successfully give birth. I do think it likely that Juliet's research could've led to a serum that helps woman on the island to carry to term and it also seems likely that the Others would have had her test it out on the next handy pregnant woman... but it's hard to know how much of Juliet's word can be trusted at present. When she said that she believed the problem began at conception, I believed her.

We were never shown Sun and Jae Lee, doing the dirty.

I trust Sun didn't do anything like that, so therefore it must be Jins.

Also, how long have they been on that island now? 90 days? Exactly. It's been 90 days, there would have been a bump had it been Jae Lee's.
