I said it wasn't a very nice choice, didn't I! But at the end of the day he still has a choice; he could have run away and left Ben but he didn't, and instead he came back. Well, yes, but that doesn't make it ok! But if he did run away he has no idea what'll happen to his friends, and for the most part, Sayid's a good guy, and he'd never leave his friends in danger. There's trusting, and then there's trusting because you have no other option, like with the button in that hatch. Sayid does so because he has to believe that by doing so everyone will be safe! Well Sayid clearly didn't seem pleased about it so perhaps it's one-sided

I think you'll find it's Jack who doesn't deserve to be with Locke! Please stop talking , it upsets me so, lol.

Yes Sayid's a god guy for wanting to help his friends, but he knows that working with Ben is the best way to do that, and they might not be nice options, but Sayid does have them if he chooses not to trust Ben. He's not been forced into the position where he has to trust him at his word; Sayid really does believe that Ben is not the worst of the worst out there. His true feelings were probably dulled by the bullet shaped hole in his shoulder

Well exactly, so Sayid sold his soul to the devil to help his friends, making him a lovely, and much better person than Ben. And sure he has other options, but would you be willing to risk your friends' lives? I couldn't do it. I just feel like he's trapped, and can see no other option. And if that's the case he's to many more non-life threatening wounds to Sayid so he's always distracted

Jack does not! He's a sweetie. Sometimes. When he wants to be. Well, I'd rather spend my time with Sawyer, but if pushed I'd settle for a cuppa with second best, lol.
