If we think of when they first came to the island and how domineering Jin was over Sun, ordering her about and making her button up her blouse, its a far cry from where they are now.

They seem to have grown and developed the most as Lost has gone on. Sun is now an independent woman who no longer takes orders from her husband while Jin is now caring and considerate towards her and also has become great friends with most of the losties even though he cant speak the language.

I think this relationship is the most interesting and has develpoed the most.

What are your fave relationships on the island?

I agree with you, Sun/Jin has really been wonderfully developed, it just seems like a real, believable relationship, flawed, complex, but based on genuine love. They both turned out to be way more interesting than they seemed at first. Who would have thought so at the beginning? It's even better now that it has lead to Sun becoming a steely, determined lady bent on vengeance (or finding Jin perhaps? ).
