Jack and Locke by a country mile. Their scenes are so intense (at times) and I love it when they're (metaphorically) in the same room as each other. I think their chemistry is second to none. As well as that I love the symbolism they both brought to the show from the off; Jack was the 'stand up and be counted' hero, Locke didn't have any lines until half way through the second episode, and was a very private person!
Then of course their is their symbolic, gritty views on everything. I stumbled across the quote around a year ago, and it pretty much sums up Locke and Jack

I'm a big Skate and Jun fan Still haven't decided which one I'm going to go for.

I love Skate just because the heat between Sawyer and Kate is so electric. You can almost taste the passion when you watch them together, and there's an undenyable raw attraction. I think what makes it so exciting is that they're both "damaged goods" with pretty dark pasts. They've both been through a lot of hurt, and consquently (especially Sawyer) find commitment hard to deal with. A con-man and a fugitive, perhaps doesn't sound like the best match. And yet, they long for and need each other more than they realise. They bring out a new side in each other, their relationship is fiery and unpredictable. That's why I'm a Skater!

And Jun... I think Sun and Jin are often underrated, which is a shame. Both are beautifully acted, and I never tire of watching their relationship. Because we don't see so much of them, it makes their scenes even more special. The island has had such an impact on their lives; they're gone from an untrusting and unhappy marriage, to one that sparkles with new love and hope *goes all gooey*

From the "Light, Sticks" scene I always thought there was potential for them to have a relationship, or at least a fling. I think they would've worked well together. And been a pretty cute couple too.

My choice is Sun and Jin. I love all their flashbacks. Definitely the best portrayal of a relationship in the show, it's touching and realistic, and it just seems like a real relationship between two real people, flawed and screwed-up and all, but still it's genuine love. They started off looking as stereotypes, but they turned out to be a lot more layered and complex. It's an example of Lost showing that things are not always what they seem.

Also, how many shows on US TV have subtitled dialogue in a foreign language for a big part of an episode? That's one of the things that got Lost huge points in my eyes right from the start.
