If Shannon was still in the programme (Season 3)

I reckon she would be taking Nikki's lines and would have been with Sayid going to the Pearl and seen Patchy on the monitor.

I also think she would have gone with Sayid to camp fake in the end of season 2 with Jin and Sun.

Would have made both scenes even better

i miss Shannon although she didn't do much, she made those beach storylines more interesting.

I was just starting to like her when she died she had potential to become a bigger character

It was only the first 13 episodes that she did not do much once the season got going she did a fair amount (and she did a lot in the pilot episode).

She then got two really good episodes in season 2 (2x01 and 2x06). I think in terms of character growth on a series I think Shannon would have been the best (when you look at season 1 and season 5 for example). She would have matured. Her journey was cut short

Im glad shes not alive, it would ruin her career continuing in a show like this now, lost has gone down the Pan Maggie Grace's career lived cos she got out!

i kind of agree with haelle! Im glad maggie got out before lost went proper bad as it would of ruined her career! She left at the right moment while lost was still good and people would still want her! I do miss her though and it would be nice to see her in it still!

Personally I don't think she would ever go back unless she was given a meatier role (not like Boone's 5 second appearance in Further Instructions!!) but I don';t agree with what you guys say because Maggie would still have done her films even though she was still in Lost. The other actors are always off doing other projects when they are not needed on set. I think Daniel Dae Kim has only been in like one episode so far and according to his IMDB record he also provides a voice for a cartoon series and has a film in the pipeline so its not like they are tied to just doing Lost.
