The Others - Worst Season?

So which season was the worst?

(The other one was supposed to have a poll as well but I somehow pressed 'post thread' whilst I was still typing so it doesn't )

although we met ben, i still think it was less interesting and couldn't really give that many suprises.

Season one, just because tehy seemed so horrible like kidnapping walt and killing people, and they creeped me out even though you didn't see them much

And the worst season they had was S2 I think, since although Ben in the hatch and Micheal's flashback to their camp were good the Others didn't feature that much really.

season 3 is there worst because it was such a HUGE let down for me! I think they were 10 times more interesting as the evil and mysterious others!

Well, I'm still waiting for them to do something that causes me to like them AT ALL :P but I dunno...

Season 1 had mysterious (I thought) cult following, child-sacrificing, native, very basic - very blood thirsty, individuals..
Season 2 kind of said. Well actually they're very people like, clever and there may actually be a motive behind their somewhat mad actions..
Season 3, like brad says, didn't really do anything for them. It made them, Ben in particular, look cold, calculated and heartless - picking and choosing who should live and die (ohh more pregnant women! ) which in my opinion is a step down from season 1 others, whom no-one liked

So on that basis, season 2 - because with the Maternity Leave flashback and the capture of Ben they were made to seem as humane as they had ever seemed. Season 3 promised, at least, some kind of explanation for their actions. 22 episodes later, we're non the wiser Except for the hints made at by Ben, everyone else seems to be in the dark - including us

Wait, no. The poll question confused me... "Liking the Others the least (Disliked the Others the most)" = hating them the most... So season 3..

Season 2, season one was the best as they were so mysterious and season 3 was good because we found out loads about them, and who they really were.

In Season 1, I wasn't really sure they existed in a physical form (until the finale) - which was cool.

In Season 2, We just found out they weren't savages, and met Ben, who turned out to be the leader.

In Season 3, we got to meet them, and it turns out they're as clueless as us! Apart from Ben, and possibly Richard.

I don't think I can vote on which was the worst... Season 1 had the mystery, Season 2 had Henry Gale, and Season 3 we learned an awful lot about them.

So yeah, I haven't voted. :P

Well isn't that a point? You don't know who they are, what do they want and certainly you don't know what they are capable of! I liked them most in season one than in season two and when they became revealed in season three I kinda lost interest in them. But still those flash backs with Ben, when he was seduced by the old Others... Maybe they were... I don't know, I can't say what they really were/are. Still I like them a lot!
