LOL I'd bet half the island would like to have done away with that annoying little twerp! I do think that Ethan either hung Charlie himself or instructed someone else to do so, but even still I don't know why he should be punished for such a thing!

I thought it was first come first serve?

The first 5 people who showed up are surely a random enough cross-section, and more likely to be active participants.

i should reitorate that the person in question is 'innocent untill proven guilty', and the question is not is it likely that he killed Ethan but almost certain. So not as easy as you think murg

True, though if we're playing like a proper court, it should also be noticed that overwhelming circumstantial evidence is considered sufficient to convict....
