New Forum Moderator - Lost Community Forums - Official Spoiler-free Lost Fansite

Hey Losties,

I have a position open for Moderator.

The ideal candidate will have or be the following:

Active member of the community (and/or willing to contribute to the betterment of the forum)
Want to make a tangible difference to the community - bring ideas to the table etc
Want to help the site progress
Willing to moderate and contribute to the future of the various Community Sections (scope for other Mod sections, if interested)
Abide by the rules of the site and prepared to uphold them
Have (at least) a dash of flair and charisma
Responsible
Open-minded and supportive to the diversity of culture, creed, race, religion, sexuality and philosophy of peoples - both on the board and in real-life.
Friendly

This is not an exhaustive list by any means, but if you believe this is an accurate description of you and you'd like to join the staff team and become a key person in the future of the Lost Community, then I'd love to hear from you. Please PM me in this instance.

I'll leave this open until I find the right person.

Thanks to all those who have applied for the position of Moderator, so far. I will reply to those of you who have asked questions within the next day, and make a decision on the weekened when I should have a bit more time.

Just an update - the server problems has meant a delay in my choosing of a new Mod. Just to let those of you who have applied: thanks for your patience and i'll be deciding on Wednesday. I've just got a couple more people to get back to in relation to queries etc.

Also, as of now, I have enough kind offers for this position, I'll close new applications until the next time.

Update: I haven't forgotten and apologies to all those who have applied and are awaiting a decision - it will be made tomorrow for sure. It's just a tough choice and I want to make sure I select the right person for the role. (also the server issues have kinda destroyed much of my decision making time).
