Revised Contact Information (Problems, Queries, Suggestions etc)

Have a Problem? Contact Staff using the following methods:

-Registration, posting problems, board errors: Please use the help desk to inform staff of your own difficulties. If for whatever reason you cannot post (or you're not yet a member), please PM a staff member or use the contact form as a last resort. All queries will be handled or responded to within 1-2 days.

-Account Queries, Suspensions, Bans: Please contact me direcltly via email. You can send an email to me by clicking on the 'Email' option in my profile (click on my name to go to my profile) OR by using the contact form (at the bottom of the site). Both methods go to the same place. Please note that I can only handle the above issues with the person directly - for reasons of privacy I cannot deal through 3rd parties. My email is open to everyone whether you're logged in/member or not. All queries will be handled within 3 days by myself.

*Please do not post personal account info over the board..if you have an account problem please contact me in person.

-Suggestions/ideas: We're always open to new ideas and suggestions for the site. If you have one send it to me via PM or Contact Form and one of us will get back to you within 3 days.

-Promotions/Marketing: If you're working with ABC or a company running promotions/marketing etc connected with LOST, please feel free to contact me anytime with any details/information. You can use the contact form, which can be accessed at the bottom of the site.

-Other: Anything else that does fit, simply PM or email me via the Contact form.

If in an emergency you cannot access the site and do not know my email, you can visit our backup board (link in this forum) or contact me via one of my many other sites (links in this forum).
