I would like remind ALL members that the LC does not and will never tolerate racism, xenaphobia or homophobia.

ANY member or members found to be promoting, defending, sympathising and harbouring racists or racism will be banned.

The LC is an international board and it was born with a vision of diversity of people in mind - this includes race, religion, culture, sexuality etc, aswell as views and opinion.

I would strongly ask that ALL those who support or wish to defend racism, homophobia etc leave this forum today and do not return, as you will not be welcome here. ALL those who sympathise with the above should also leave today as you too are not be welcome here.

There are other forums out there which openly promote racism, homophobia etc in both it's ethos and it's members views, therefore please go an find one of those boards if you're that way inclined.

If those believed to be doing so do not remove themselves, you will be removed instead.

Incase this isn't clear, I repeat, if you are the above way inclined and or have issues with this, then DO NOT come to this forum as you are NOT wanted.

There is no middleground on this.

Now that it has been a few days since some of you took it upon yourselves to question my integrity and in turn support/protect racists and hatred, which is the real issue here, i have a few things which I will say once and once only.

-The claim of racism made against St. Anger and Stone Rose is 100% founded and 100% accurate. When I say that I have proof, I am not saying it because I do not have evidence, I am saying it because it is the truth. Those of you who attacked me because I would not post this evidence on your say so are bang out of order. There are wider implications of what you tried to pressurise me into doing - namely a breach of my own board rules which states that racist, xenophobic and homophobic etc material is not to be posted in any shape or form. Some of you do not realise the extent of this hatred that the two above mentioned people have spouted, both on other boards and most importantly, on my board. However, on this occassion and to prove that I am not lying over this matter, should you ask me what was said, I will tell you via PM. I am not in the business of protecting, associating or harbouring racists or homophobics. There comes a time when a person cann ot have their integrity dragged through the mud any longer.

-The two above mentioned posters not only lie about their knowledge of their wrong doing, but they continue to lie. When one of the above mentioned people not only emails to plead with me not to post the contents of his email (which blatently show that he is a racist), but also plead with me not to tell those of you who wish to know what they have said about you. That despite the fact that many of you attacked me for not revealing what was said on the weekend, well, i'm sure you will understand if that email gets rejected. The fact is, he cannot even admit to what he has done or said. That to me is the hallmark of a coward. A person who has spewed so much hate about so many people YET he still wants to speak to you as if nothing has happened.

-It has suprised me just how many of you have told me upon asking if there has been anything said about you - 'I don't think there has'. Well, like I said before, they have slaughtered most of the LC regulars. I cannot be any clearer than that.

- Despite previously claiming to have been banned unfairly. Can I remind everyone that St. Anger was already on a warn level of 95% and had been banned on multiple occassions for vulgarity, xenophobia, inappropriate material and content etc. Hardly unfair.

- I should also remind everyone that we have a bad word filter and a report system. If you like to delve in the activities that those two did, do not do it on my board as you will be flagged.

-All those who defended St Anger and Stone Rose this past Saturday will have their accounts placed under review or will be banned.

- The LC is a place for like-minded people to come and discuss Lost and other acceptable things. It is not your personal playground and it is not a democracy. If it were a democracy I would hasten a guess that some of you would vote to have these two scumbags remain at the LC. I would like to make this as clear as day one last time:

I do not associate with racists or homophobics, nor do I harbour, protect or turn a blind eye to racism, xenophobia or homophobia. Those of you who wish to associate, protect, defend, harbour or turn a blind eye to racism are not..I repeat NOT wanted on this forum. It doesn't matter who you are - from this day forth, I cut all ties with those of you who i know support or turn a blind eye to racism or homophobia. The simple fact is that the level of deciet from the two forementioned posters, was so high that I just cannot trust anyone who is willingly associated with them. The LC is a personal project of mine and I will not have my own enjoyment of this forum ruined by the idea of known racists/homophobic or their affiliates being amongst me. So, once again, I would invite you to leave this forum of your own accord as I would hate to have to remove you myself. There are places on the interweb where you and your twi racist friends can mingle and flame people based upon race or sexuality at will, and where you can choose to turn a blind eye to it. This is not one such place. And I think many of you underestimate my conviction on this matter. For those of you who still wish to know what was said by the forementioned parties, then PM me and I will tell you.

If there is one thing that I do not not stand for then it is racism, homphobia and the hatred on peoples based upon their differences. I would like to think that I have welcomed everyone into the LC and have not judged anyone based upon their individuality. The LC has provided a place where many of you have formed friendships that you wouldn't otherwise have and where many of you have been able to express your individuality and your passion for Lost. However, it seems that some of you have taken this liberties and p*ssed on my doorstep.

Today marks a new era in the LC, a date where I hope that all of the badness is cut out and removed for good. My vision has become somewhat tainted by a few people who have shown me just what hatred the human heart can have..and for what, because they cannot accept people for who they are..racism, homophobia, hatred based upon differences..it's all he same. I would rather close this forum than be associated with that kinda stuff. For some of you this is goodbye, and like I have told St. Anger and Stone Rose, good luck with the remainder of your Lost journey.

For those of you who are staying - the forum is a place of many voices, beliefs, colours, cultures and opinions. Do not base your judgement of people based upon their differences..embrace them and you will be a much richer person for it.

On a final note, to St. Anger and Stone Rose. I have spoken out like this because of your lies and your lies and your lies. You have done a good job on playing dumb and innocent. The one thing that you have lacked throught all of this, is an apology for the things that you have said and the way in which you have acted. You were willing to drag my name through the mud in order to save your own arses - that for me is low, especially when you're the ones in the wrong.

I do think that you both have problems and need to seek help immediately. You need to accept that the world around you is changing and that people are different. I hope that one day you give people a chance because you will find that they are not so different to you (except hopefully not racist, homophobic etc). One day, you could be the ones in need of a chance.

And so that's it. You all wanted me to speak more openly on this matter and here it is. From now on all matters will be dealt with in private, though note that I will never harbour racists/homophobes. If you wish to question a decision made by myself or a member of staff - do it in private.
