Following on from the 'Is Mikky really dead' thread..

I wonder, is the beautiful Nikki really dead??

Sure she got buried, but perhaps she had a straw?
Perhaps she's good at holding her breath?
Perhaps the spider venom has detached her cerbrum from her need for oxygen for a good few weeks? (afterall, strange island and all that

)?
Perhaps being dead only makes you "stuck between places", in which case she's only half dead and will return as a spirit or a whisper or whatever guise Boone, Yemi and LuLu came back in?

So, is Nikki dead? My grandpa once told me that true beauty neveR dies..so surely she's alive..yes?

And what of the bloke beside her..whats his name again?

I think the only point in favour of her not being dead is that her storyline was essentially pointless and it seems a bit of a waste unless someone at least finds out that she and Paolo were buried alive. And of course she might still have a presence in the way that other apparently dead people have on the island. But I think it unlikely that having a load of sand dumped on her face left her anything other than clinically dead.

The writers have said that her and Paulo are definitely dead. But I wish they weren't

The bloke beside her? Scott I think, wasn't it?

Anyway, Nikkis story is I think finished, but the mobile phone *cough* Scott recovered from the Pearl still needs to feature. Not sure how, not sure when. But as far as I recall, that is the only loose end from that unforgettable pairs contribution to Lost.

And as much as I didn't hate the duo... I still thin that their death was far too awesome to be retconed at this point. :P

They're dead in the same way Ethan is: kinda not maybe so true deffinatly maybe.

Its about perseption, belief and imagination. Its up to the individual, until you dig up the grave and check/ they raise out of the ground fit as a fiddle!

She could return as a ghost, vision, flashback, shower, but I think shes dead Roco.

I also don't think they will bother bringing Kiele back for a flashback now as Paulo and Nikki were unpopular in the states.

I would love the final scene EVER of lost to show all 48 passengers walking onto the plane (like Exodus put wider scale).

So everyone is in the final episode.

TPTB did say they had "bigger" plans for Pikki but as well as being unpopular would have taken plot lines against others that need them (must have been taking about Claire, Hurl and Sayid)

I would like to have one more episode of Kiele..talent like that is too rare to waste dammit!

I would like to see another montage like that also..perhaps not for the final ever scene (mine involves Ben and Peanut butter) but it would be nice to see them all together again..perhaps in a different setting from the airport..perhaps an island montage..or a scene of them getting onboard the boat before Minkowski chains them ala the Black Rock

abs i agree i want a final scene like Exodus because that was amazing and to have EVERY single passenger would just be awesome!

but back to the Poll, unfortunatley i think she is dead! Its so annoying though that they were only killed off because the stupid Americans didnt like them! I also think Expose was one of the best episodes that season, i know loads wont agree but it was entertaining even if it didnt have much to do with the whole plot in general!

Its werid how characters get "cult" status when they die. I think you touched upon it in another thread Roco with Charlie.

I'd kill to have Boone, Shannon, Charlie and Nikki back

No so bothered about P*ulo, Libby or Ana Lulu tho.

Yeah, it is weird..In a way I can understand it but there's deffo something about a character dying that gives them a different status (not in all cases). To be fair to Charlie he was always a big character..he just became annoying in S2:P But he's deffo got this cult status now..and good for him.

I'd like to see all of those again..even Shannon because we haven't even seen her in a vision yet. Mostly i'd like to see Lulu and Nikki together..Wow..just WOW!
