This is true. I doubt in real life that the Island would have so many objective oriented people running about (at least from what we see).

This is true. I doubt in real life that the Island would have so many objective oriented people running about (at least from what we see).

then I found out it was Hurley and I was like

that's not Hurley

So anyway, yeah..

Abbs - I found the powdered milk bit a little pointless too, it seemed forced - like they were just putting it in so she could say somthing. I still don't hate her for it though

I don't know about anyone else, but I was up half the night wondering if Paulo had successfully managed to get his fruit of choice after watching this ep...most tension filled revelation we've seen yet imo

My main problem with them is that they have been brought in at THE worst possible time. We've just had a wealth of others added plus Des, why bother adding this pair. Also where is Bernard and Rose? They weren't goal orientated but we felt attached to them thanks to their seperation.

Oh AND they've brought back Vincent, that beach is getting awfully crowded with all of the recently built furniture and new castaways.

Why does everybody hate Paulo so much?
I mean, yeah, he hasn't made a huge contribution but i'm sure there's more to him that we haven't seen.
As soon as he gets a flashback i'm sure everyone will change their minds

I feel they are pointless because its like they have just been plonked in the show and used to fill up a bit of spare time I think it would have been nicer had they been brought in by name first you know have some of the Losties drop their names into conversations so we felt like we knew who they were before we started to get to see them like Scott/Steve gets a few mentions every now and then so if he (be he Scott of Steve) started turning up it would be less of a problem imo

Also Losties don’t seem to interact with them when they do say stuff its almost like the are invisible to the Losties which isn’t going to help us the viewers warm to them
