I didnt like him in the golf club scene with Desmond,and shouted at the telly a bit.
Then to see him going into the jungle and being all,i dont even know the word!Totally unphased by being in a hatch under the ground and strutting round like he owned the place.
So far he hasnt made a good impression on me,maybe he'll grown on me but i cant see it.

Im sure they will have a purpose on the show but most of the press surrounding their arrival on the show was about how gorgeous they both were,not about how they would add depth to the show.I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Hes's a bit flush in the pan for me.

His toliet line was obviously written for Charlie. They have made Paulo a thick idiot.

Don't be surprised if my new nickname for Paulo is "Wesley Flusher".

Wesley because I hated Wesley in Star Trek
Flusher because of the toliet bit.

Can't reply in Nikki section (shes played by Kiele Sanchez)

I think Nikki will irritate quite a few people in the same way as Shannon did. However, she has already shown she has common sense and made fools out of Locke and Sayid.

I think she has potential but her lines with Paulo are just reminisant of Shannon/Boone.

I need to see more of him first before i can make a real judjement. He seems a tad bit slow. When they were in the pearl hatch, and he went toliet, he seemed as though he did not know what he was doing there.

Unlike most people on the forum he isn't annoying me much yet. I wasn't a fan of the way he spoke to Desmond about not having to find his body to retrieve his golf club but the speech seemed realistic to me and I think that if they can get past this initial slow start that they could turn him into a viable character/
