So - when Eko told Michael the story about the kid with the shovel, who beat his dog to death because it bit his sister on the cheek....... and Eko said the child would be forgiven if he was sorry, but that the child was more concerned about meeting the dog again in hell......
Aside from how spooky this was (Eko knew what Michael had done?), I also had to smile to think of Ana in hell waiting for Michael - boy this time she'd be really angry! Does Eko know? and if he does, why isn't he telling people? I suppose "whats done is done"...... ![]()

I thought I noticed overtones of Cerberus being 'the dog in hell'.
I don't think Eko knows that Michael done it, but he seems a bit suspicious, and I'm pretty sure that little story had more than one meaning.

I think its interesting that it is another dog story, drawing parallells between Eko and Locke (not that we needed any more), remember Lockes story about the dog that comforted his foster mum??
