I was just thinking, after shooting himself (it looked like it was his arm), what would become of Mike's gun?
Does he: A - give it to Henry and tell him to run? B - keep it, use it to threaten Henry and force him to escape? C - kill Henry? I think it would have to be option B. After all, giving the gun to Henry would be a big risk, there would be nothing to stop Henry killing Mike. And killing Henry is highly unlikely as it would blow our "exchange" theory out of the water.... Sooo the interesting thing for me is what does Mike do with the gun? His story depends on Henry having the gun. I think he'll stash it away, and maybe that'll be how he is eventually found out to be the dirty dawg he is?! (edited cos my B originally became a smilie like this: which annoyed me...) |

I definately don't think it will be A (give it to Henry) unless he is working with the others now, in which case I'm sure he will tell that to Henry and get him to run away. Personally, I haven't been shot before, don't know exactly where Michael shot himself but I was thinking, surely he'll pass out? He did look very 'revitalised' after his power nap in the hatch but after the shock of (probably) killing two of his comrades and then shooting himself, coupled with the numbing pain, he has to white out surely? If not, then at least his mind will not be running coherently.. I personally think what happens next in this 'scene' will hinge on what Henry does with the gun laying on the floor in unconscious Michael's hand.. |

Locke was about to tell jack that Anna lucia had a run in with Henry, so I think that Micheal will tell Henry to escape and he will just throw the gun to the other side of the room. Micheal will tell everyone that AL went in to shoot henry but he overpowered her shot her and Libby and himself and then scarpered. Everyone will believe micheal cos Al stole the gun and was out for revenge!
Also if Micheal leaves the gun on the floor how can they tell who fired the gun? The cant run finger prints!!! That my theory anyway! |

I like your thinking Che. There's a good chance Henry will be able to take the gun, and as long as Mike can stay conscious long enough to say something to convince Henry not to kill him then it would definitely aid his story. |

He left one gun on the disintegrating raft, which magically reappeared in the back of Sawyer's pants. He took a rifle from the armoury when he set out to find Walt, but came back without it. And none of the Losties seems to care who helped Sawyer get the rest of their guns from Locke's hiding place. So Michael could probably leave the gun in Ana Lucia's mouth, and they'd bury her with it. PS. She is dead, right? Looked very dead. |

I reckon Michael will have got away with killing Ana for a while... but I don't think Libby is dead, so I reckon she'll regain consciousness and tell everyone.

I reckon she'll live just long enough to say Michael did it, then die straight after but she'll probably say it and: A) noone will believe her
She'll say it in front of Michael then someone will ask what she said and he'll act like he didn't hear THEN she'll die or C) She won't manage to get the whole message out she'll just say something like "Michael did..." then they assume she was trying to say "Michael, did he survive?" or something like that, just my guess anyway

But if cough Jack cough thought that, Locke would argue about it.
This is weird. As far as I'm concerned, Libby 'has ceased to be'. Why am i wondering what she might say when she has no breath to say it? Well, maybe Walt is dead as well, and his apparitions are just that - ghosts. If it's good enough for Hamlet's Dad and Christian Shephard, it's good enough for Libby! |
