Well if not he's killed (?) 2 innocent people one of whom Hurley had a thing for and the other who sawyer was getting close to (i know that's an understatement) and he'll have some very angry people to answer too, this is all presuming he is working for the Others and not acting of his own accord

Oh the 'others' surely got to him.

I think the 'others' would of set up a deal with him, so he is safe afterwards
