Oh good. I'm glad that it might be getting sorted, or at least it's on it's way to being sorted. I hope you don't have such issues like you did with your other account. *Crosses finger* Here's hoping anyways. And not a worry, I'm in my helpful mood at the minute, lol

I think there just is an automatic delay in help desk queries being posted - i think, as it says, the MODs need to look at it first before it is posted.
