Oh I saw a random icon of him somewhere (on some random site I was looking at) where it's an animated one of him clapping in his cell. I'll see if I can find it.
And yes I bet underneath all that desire for pain and murder he was happy that Gordon got his promotion! Poor Joker's just misunderstood after all... -
