Bad Acting.

This was my favorite episode of season 2 I thought she pulled it off really well...

I think her acting was great in season 1, whenever i watch her story arc I still get shivers down my spine. I think people say that she's a bad actress compared to others purely because she has had alot less screen time in the later seasons. We also can't forget that when we see Claire, the majority of the time she is with Aaron which is hard for an actor as they're usually interacting with other characters.

Well she is not a bad actor in general but this episode in particular and a few other scenes throughout the Seasons, she has really let herself down. It was a terrific episode, it really was - but I really could not stand her acting here. She has an interesting 'Arc' to some extent in my opinion and I only came to dislike her because of the way she treated Charlie.

I think my views here exist regardless of her screentime, as I never have complaints with Rose and Bernard who have ALOT less screentime than Claire. I think as a good actress she should be able to act 'comfortably' whilst holding a baby - something she should have worked on to prepare in advance. However in this episode her acting was atrocious when she was NOT holding Aaron.

However, as much as I may dislike her, I do try to put those feelings aside and enjoy her scenes.
