well imo its certainly one of the best, basically because i loved the interaction with locke and the faith/science dilemna, it seemed like an inner power struggle was going on

I think twas really good! We found anew link between des and jack, and it showed jack's first sort of "encounter" with the faith side of things. but i don't think it was the only good one there are some that do follow quite closely, i liked a TOTC and WR i think that was the episode where jack see's his dad on the island? that was good to methinks

It was a great episode for Jack, but IMO they all have been! Matthew foxs acting is always superb lol. But Jacks acting this series (3) has been amazing!! these are probably his best episodes. OH along with the episode where Charlie gets hanged by ethan. Jacks acting in that is great

yeh ILWL i agree. In 'all cowboys have daddy issues' Matthew's acting was the best then

oh yeah, he was pretty good in that one too. I still think mos mof is the best overall jack episode though

MOSMOF was probably Jack's best episode for the character flashback wise but for me his best episode was easily The Hunting Party. Jack came into his own in that episode.

I chose best just because of the Shannon connection! All of Jacks flashbacks bore me to death! I think its the hospitals, all hospital programs are so boring!

As much as I love this episode I'm slightly torn, I feel that "All The Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues" was possibly Jack's best ever episode. Matthew Fox was amazing in this, had me in tears many times. Loved it.

But I agree, "Man of Science, Man of Faith" was brilliant. It was nice finally seeing some of the reasons for Jack being how he is, and it was great to see him stand up to Locke too.

I voted average, on account of his flashbacks though. I would have voted good but it went from average -> one of the best...
The actual episode was really good though.

All the Best Cowboys have Daddy Issues I think is his best.
