I think Nikki and Paolo were supposed to be 'random'. I would not imagine TPTB expected us to invest in the characters and see real value in them. Though I would like to know the 'reasoning' behind introducing them. I think it will be touched sooner or later.

Hi Reed,

The episode before Expose was The Man From Tallahassee.

It ended with Locke being shown his father (Cooper) bound and gagged! Locke goes white with shock and we are all thinking: Wow! How did Cooper get here? What's Locke gonna say? What will Locke do?

Cue Expose!!!!!!

Thanks, I wouldn't say expose was a bad episode but it didn't feel like it fit in with Lost and didn't for me add anything to the story but it certainly wasn't a bad show or episode.

Oh I see, while I still cannot remember the sequence of episodes I do remember that episode and that great cliffhanger. In a way it was clever because it probably made some viewers more excited to see the conclusion to it.

Very funny, though surely you enjoyed the episode even if it was just a fun hour of sillyness?

I agree it did not fit in, though there were little things like the Survivors not trusting Sawyer [after they believed he may have had something to do with killing them both] and Sawyer telling Sun he organised her kidnapping.

I think it was mainly the beginning of the episode I objected to the most plus the fact that I found the characters (Nikki and Paolo) a waste of space.

There were some good things in the episode (as there are in all episodes of Lost) but the beginning of this episode and the main protagonists have prevented me from ever listing it amongst my Greatest Hits!

But Abbs, I'd have felt happier if Locke had chucked Cooper in the turbine!

That would have lat east injected some continuity into the story!

Well it was fresh at the very least and confused us for a brief moment.

I agree, there are good things in ALL episodes which prevents me from listing my worst episodes because each has something to offer.

Omg i think you have complied a list of the most boring episdoes in lost ever though i quite liked what Kate did but seriously i cannot tell you how bored i was during that shitty episode with Jack moaning and shouting if you've got something to watch go watch it !!!!!
