The dudes in the final scene of S2 where really spooky. But where were they from? Who is it they're after? Are they after someone at all? Are they part of Dharma, Hanso, or are they the real others?

God knows, but you can vote where you think they're from, because I think that's the most important question.

I think they're russian.

It says that they were speaking portugeese so there probably brazilian but there names are Mathias and Henrik in the script. Doesn't sound very brazilian to me.

Yes you raise a good point.. however what continent is Russia 'offcially' in? ..Europe. Russia is a european country.
