Kate's Strengths

Her strength is she's managed to survive on the island without being killed by a fellow losty due to her annoyingness. Now that is a great skill since she is very annoying

I liked her for up until the point she gave Sawyer a dirty look when he said "I'm a complex guy, sweetheart". Something about that look and the way she acted throughout the following scenes just grated on me.

I agree that she's clever but I sometimes feel she just plays the men off each other too much.

That was only a handful of episodes in - very early on. Though to her credit it was rather rude of him to say that. But I understand what you mean, just the 'vibe' we get from particular characters reflects on our perception of them.

*Looks a little sheepish* I'm one of these people who makes very quick judgements based off of first impressions. I know he was being a bit of a jerk, but for the rest of the scenes, and after he'd saved their lives, she was just ungrateful and mean to him. You're right there. Sometimes there's just a vibe, or just something that makes me not care for a character. I'd like to point out this was before I'd fully fallen for Sawyer - although I was well on my way

Well I think we all do it so you need not worry. I think she was well aware of his "type" and made a judgement toward him. He definitely had not made the best impression on her. Oh you mean when he shot the Polar Bear? Well your like for him probably had a part to play in your dislike for her which again we all experience.

I think she is always attractive on the Island, even with minimal make-up. Not a strength per say but it probably plays a role of sorts in her actual strengths.

Though put in her situation, it would be difficult to choose either Sawyer or Jack - clearly a weakness of hers but something we all experience. But I think she is by far the 'strongest' woman on the Island.

Yeah, I guess so. I suppose it's just the same to some of those people who took an instant disliking to Sawyer. Yeah, she made her judgement I guess, but she just didn't seem to change it no matter how much he tried to make her like him. And yes, the polar bear. Instead of being grateful she was just suspicious. Ha, I think you're right there, I'd picked Sawyer's side in that particular arguement, lol.

Well, I agree that she's pretty but I'm going to deny I've said that now I think it is a strength tbh. Being attractive always makes you more popular.

I don't know. Personally I don't think I could string people along (and we all know who'd I'd pick ) Strongest how? Coz I think Jules is the most emotionally strong.
