Is Katie Preggers?

I raised the possibilty sometime ago..but now that Jules wants samples from Austen (and the other women? ..Rose?) could it be an indicator that Sun is not the only pregnant women in camp Lostie?

Could Kate be pregnant and could Sawyer be the daddy?

Or is it a case of Jules/Ben believing that Kate might be pregnant since they know that he and Sawyer got intimate in the cages..are they hedging their bets?

Well I reckon what with sperm being 5x stronger on the island then she will be but I think that she may have been impregnated by the Others while she was knocked out and they know that she has slept with Sawyer so its quite handy for them that she will assume its his baby and won’t try and revenge it as she would if she knew it was at the hands of the Others

But then again it would be silly of all the women on the show were pregnant so i hope she isn't

I dont know, that does seem to be the implication there. Maybe not get them all preggers right now but have them assessed for future suitablity for experiments on their uteruses (sp) against their will anyone notice the similarity between Claires 'treatment' at the hands of Ethan and Suns at the hands of juliet btw?

But has for Kate, yes it is likely given there doesnt seem be any protection and the men are extremly fertile - we all know about Sawyers fertility (watch out Beachy ) and would make an intersting plot point for both of them. I could mention about Kates suitablity (and Sawyers) suitablity to be a parent but I wont really go there

You know, I can see an interesting role reversal later on if Kate is up the duff, with Claire having to help Kate out the same way Kate helped Clarie, another intersting plot point perhaps.

Good point about her possibly being impregnated whilst unconscious. It would raise ethical questions certainly but then i suppose we'd have to cross that bridge if we came to it.

btw im not a biologist but i was under the impression that sperm count can be as high as towlie from southpark but the chance for pregnancey is still 1/15 as a women can only be pregnant 2 days a month. Or am i wrong? If so could a woman explain lol

that would be 1/15 chance time wise

it only takes 1 sperm to fertilise an egg so the more 5x more sperm = 5x more chance of one of them making it
