I think she mostly looked different and uncomfortable really. Very pretty and everything, but I'm a little bit bored of all these excuses to get the pretty people taking showers and wearing clingy dresses and bending over and all that sort of thing. I'm only surprised Sawyer didn't discard his shirt while he was working.

Hehe..gotta keep it varied

I also think she looked quite pretty..i also think that she acted her unease very well (well done Lilly, credit where it's due)..and when Zeke was leading her to the cage and she saw Sawyer and started to cry, i felt really sorry for her

But yes, her shower scene was a blatent nod to the fans methinks ..they mustve known that the last shower scene involving Kate sparked quite a lot of debate and banter (well it did on the C4 forum so i presume it must've on other boards!)

I wasnt happy with her bending over though..I mean Kates derrier isnt the best and whatsmore i felt her unease..poor thing, tolling on the field wearing that dress with the likes of Pickett and James eyeing her up. Though at least James sensed her unease and tried to change the subject (i memory serves me right?)

That was the intention methinks - Ben and the Others seem to want to deconstruct them - strip them of their dignity, stubborness, pride..basically remove all of their hang-ups and by giving Kate the dress it was a way to make her face up to one of her hang-ups. Lets not forget that Kate is a 'Tom-boy'..they wouldve known that by making her wear a dress like that coupled with making her work on the 'field' would have made her have to face up to her discomfort and gradually condition her into the person they can mould, maybe..?

Well thats my thinking anyway :P

James only changed his mind AFTER he laughed at Pickett's "you don't have to wear the dress" LOL

Also, I thought she acted well in that one scene except the crocidile tear that we saw.

Wonder if they'll make Jack or Sawyer change clothes, somehow I really doubt it. Any excuse to get Kate in a dress and in a shower

I started calling him James after the great Locke..partly because he's not in my good books after what happened last season ..though sometimes i still call him Sawyer, when im feeling charitable or when i forget..
