Would you call her a 'strong' woman? And if so, why?

What defines a strong woman character on Lost?

Do you think that the backbone of Juliet could get in the way of any potential happyness between her and Jack? Is he able to handle a strong woman?

Here's a thought..would you classify Sarah as strong..or has her actions towards him signified the weakness in her?

You thoughts, please

She's the strongest woman on that island, before going there she was a nice, soft and emotional woman. Now she is hard, cunning, sneaky, intelligent woman, and mentally, a really strong yet troubled person. She showed no remorse in killing Pickett, and shot him as though he meant nothing to her... which is rather cold considering she had lived with him for 3 years. But on the other hand, she was upset at the death of the pregnant women, she looked upset when James killed Tom, and she was shook up after putting James/Sayid I.E the moral police, in there place. Although again, she was extremly head strong in her confrontation with them, whereas i believe if she hadn't come to the island and gone through what she has, she would have simply broken down and walked away. (As we saw with her Ex Husband)
