What Locke needs right now in his life is...

Poor John, the island was once his salvation. It offered him hope and purpose, but in the 26 days after hitting his lowest island low (death of Boone) he has gone through some bad 'stuff'. He's been dragged down a hole, assulted by Jack, almost had a new eye socket put in his head by Shannon, mocked by Chucky, manipulated by Fenry, almost crippled by the blasted blast doors, man-handled by Eko..but worst of all, he's had his faith in the button, the hatch and even his own purpose and destiny crushed. And despite the brief restoration of faith and the seeming rebirth of his belief, the poor man has been through a heck of a lot.

So...what do you suppose Locke needs right now in his life? :P

I dont really think he needs a hug from Jack, but i'd like to see it happen, so i'm putting that

I think he needs another disicple and to go exploring again.

He needs some answers. See John was going along seemingly fulfilling his destiny throughout S1 but in S2 he's just been stuck pushing a button, he would have been fine with probiding he had found something else about it, like what it did. Once he did (apparant blowing up of the hatch, would indicate he now knows what the button does!) his faith was restored a la' final minutes of LTDA.

I too think he would benifit from some anwsers, though that wasn't an anwser so I voted a farther figure as I think he could have done with a better one of those, whether it would make a diffrence or not now I don't know.
