If James Conned You...

I hate to ask this my fellows, but I feel that it is a question which will put much into perspective..and boy is it needed, in my humble opinion. Or perhaps folks will suprise me..you never quite know do you

So the question i would like to ask:

If James Ford Conned you in the way that Cooper Conned James Fords Momma..would YOU kill Ford out of revenge??

Im most interested in seeing the responses to this..

Im asking, if James Ford conned YOU, in the same way that his mom was conned by Cooper..would YOU (the victim of James Fords con), take revenge on him by killing him..

no, probably not. i dont think i could ever physically hurt anyone let alone kill them! lets hope such a day, never comes.

but roco, i cant help but feel that you're going OTT with all this 'burning sawyer' stuff. i think people are aware of exactly where you stand- and you know where most forumers stand, so whats with all these threads?

if sawyer did it exactly the same way as cooper, resulting in my father killing my mother and committing suicide and all, and if sawyer acted in the same fashion as cooper when confronted with his crime, i would treat him the same way as i would treat cooper.

Burning? The point is my freedom of speech on my own forum..

I could quite easily point out that people defending murderers is abit OTT..i guess it's all relative aint it

No. While I suppose I can't say for sure what would happen to my mind if I went through the kind of experience that Sawyer went through, I sincerely hope I wouldn't ever kill anyone out of revenge, or anything else.

tbh KoR, in a moment as heated as that, i have no clue what id do to sawyer or cooper. It would be a spur of a moment thing, i dont know if im capable of killing another human being. All i know is that i would deal with sawyer the same way as with cooper

edit: anyone who says 'id kill him/her if they did that' is either a liar, or confused, as noone truly knows if their capable of killing untill the time comes. Proof? Sawyer could kill cooper, locke couldnt. Its not because one is necessarily evil, its just one has that instinct which pushes him to go further than other people. At least thats my belief

yes, of course i understand your right to freedom of speech, but the point im trying to make is that we all know what point you're making. its just going back and forth. no one is going to turn around and say, 'yep, i think you're right... i change my mind' we all know what both sides (ok maybe there are 3 sides) have to say and how they feel on the matter...

i doubt anyone is defending murder- its not black and white... i guess sawyer fans feel they want to and need to stand by sawyer no matter what...personally i dont understand this, but it is after all a tv show...

No I wouldn't murder anyone and I didn't exactly support Coopers execution but I did think it made excellent viewing (the whole episode not just the muder part (and not for the murder itself but for the way it was acted))

But my point is, would you hunt him down and make it your lifes ambition to murder James? Because thats what James did..James was always going to murder Cooper whenever he met him..it was his ambition..he even carried hat letter around on the off chance that he would still one day need it.

So i guess my point is more about whether you would plan to execute him, like how James planned to execute Cooper (the real Sawyer)

Btw, everyone is 'capable' of murder..the difference with Ford is that he planned to do it..it wasnt off the cuff.
