Default The Trial of James Sawyer Ford

I knew this day would come..

We had Ethan sent down on the mere speculation that he killed Scott. And so i think it's safe to assume that Sawyer hasnt got a cats chance in hell of surviving any trial after his latest crimes

Im happy to conduct the trial all by myself and will report back later with my findings

I think we should take it one step further, and hold an island crimes tribunal. Many will go down after such an event thats for sure.

Well I'm all up for a trial if we do it properly like the Ethan trial. But, of course, if KoR wants to be 100% biased and do it all himself, up to him.

it's gonna take awhile before you let go of that old chesnut isnt it Stones':P

How many ways can i say 'bigger picture'??

Did you not see the beam on Cindys face last night? What more proof do you need Stonie? Do you not see Aaron alive and well..?

Stonie i realise that this is a difficult day ofr all Sawyer fans but come on, lets keep the perspective here.

No-one has ever said that the Others do no wrong..so i dont know where that has come from. As ive said..good..evil..it's all relative Stones'..and when it boils down to it, your people are murderers!

I always said that this season would reveal who the REAL good and bad guys were..and right now im feeling pretty darn chuffed with myself. Locke told us back in 2x14 that it's "all relative", but you all chose not to listen! Im merely preaching what he told us back in the day.. and so far what he said is true.

Yes the Others have to get their hands dirty..but you know what..at least they arent blood-stained.

RIP Sawyers Soul

As i say, i never shy from the ring of debate..and i am not a biased man..i wouldve given him a fair hearing (perhaps more fair than ive seen so far from some).

Well it's up to you. I'd gladly represent Sawyer if you want an official trial and we shall both go by the book should you wish. Deal?

Oh and by the way I'd like to add that I don't actually class this day as the darkest day for Sawyer fans.

No wonder Ethan went down!:PÂ*Â*I realise that peeps are entitled to their own opinion but things like this require substance..if you're going to defend Sawyer then you really have to bring your A-game to the ring. At the moment he's in the dock with a rusty chain around his neck..but hey..i believe in democracy and i personally would offord Ford more consideration than poor Ethan was afforded.

Whoa.."justifiable" and "understandable" are two completly different terms with 2 different roots, Lis..

Personally i am quite happy to say that Sawyers actions were 'understandable'..but no way in a civilised moment was it justifiable..(imo)

For it to be justifiable, you are literally supporting the murder of a man..how does this do Sawyer any favours in a court of law? You're better off focusing on it being an act which was understandable..rather than justifiable.

Also, i thought losties didnt advocate death? or is it only when Sawyer kills that it's 'justifiable'?

I think ive won already

TOUCH DOWN!:P

Well it's nice that you think you've already won KoR but you haven't actually answered me yet. Are we gonna do this properly and have an official trial, me and you, or are you just gonna say that you've won without actually doing anything. I'm offering the chance to do this civilised KoR, do you accept the position of Prosecutor or not?

I think it was justifiable, that man had conned hundreds of people, led to the death of others without even caring, he tried to kill his own son after he got a kidney of him! Im glad his dead and i think he totally deserved it!
