With 2 years of new LOST content remaining, it's suddenly struck me that the most important characters in this whole adventure are not Locke, or Ben, nor Jack. It's not even Jacob. The most important characters are the powers that be - specifically, "Darlton" - Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse.

Unfortunately they do not have the protection of the island, hence it is vital that we ensure their safe passage of life for (at least) the next 2 years, if we are to fulfill the destiny of the LOST TV series.

Brothers and sisters, I ask you to be on the look out for loose paving stones and roof tiles..be on guard for roaming wild dogs and rabid wolverines. Be prepared to send all of your medication and food supplies to the powers that be, so that they should have everything they need to complete this LOST arc which they started.

Who is up for this challenge? Who is prepared to put their lives on the lines to assist the safe passage of beloved puppet masters?

I am certain the Island will keep them safe from danger. If not, Matthew and Evangeline can put that increase in salary to good use and protect them day and night.

In this I will take part. It is my duty as a loyal LOST fan to protect our beloved leaders. KF reporting for duty sir. Although now you have me wondering, what would Darlton do if we actually lost a cast member in real life such as Ben, Locke or Jack. Shouldnt someone also protect some of the more important cast members. I volunteer to be Sawyers bodyguard when I am not on duty for Darlton.

I dare not think about losing Michael or Terry. I can only hope that the island is protecting them in real life, as it is/was on the show. If not, then it is down to us to look out for them
