Lost Character's Father's check list
Just a status with the fathers of the main characters:
Jack - Christian - DEAD Kate - Sam - Alive, Step dad Wayne : DEAD Sawyer - Father DEAD Shannon - Adam - DEAD Boone - Father status unknown Locke - Cooper DEAD Michael - Father unknown - not in future with mum so probably DEAD! Jin - Father Alive (but Jin says hes DEAD) Sun - Mr Paik Alive Penny - Widmore Alive Desmond - Father unknown Sayid - Father Unknown Hurley - Father went away until his son go money but Alive! Claire - See Jack - DEAD! Charlie - Father went to butlins with him so probably Alive Ana Lucia - No sign of a father! Ben - Roger DEAD (Murdered by his own son  )Alex - If her real father was in Danielle's team - DEAD! So, that means a few more dads will snuff it come season 5 and 6 of Lost!!

Some might argue that Christian is more alive than anyone
It's interesting to see just how many of the fathers have been purged (etc) though.
