Just going of this whole Sawyer and the Sharks topic for the mo... Has anyone got any idea when the next series will return!? I know the last ones only just finished but I NEED TO KNOW!!!

Season 5 will should begin the States and UK in January/Feb 2009, so around 6-7 months

Originally Season 5 was scheduled to air from February-May 2009, running without recaps for sixteen episodes. Due to the writer's strike at the end of 2007, it was announced that Season 5 will have seventeen episodes.

Time really is an illusion and a matter of perception. So depending on such, Lost will begin alot sooner or alot longer than you expect. I think mixed with debate and rewatches it will come by alot sooner.
