George Minkowski - impressions?

Well, i'm not sure whether the parachutist is actually George Minkowski, but it sure sounded like his voice..

Which creeps the shivvers out of me btw.

But what are your first impressions of him, his voice and his involvement so far?

Not much to be ascertained from the short clip of him at the end.

It seemed to me however that Jack knew him... I'm not sure how, but the look between them was definately suggesting recognition



Maybe its me, or does he look too unkept to be someone from civilisation. He looks like he has spent as much time on the island as the losties.

they've probably just been floating around looking for the island for ages. plus it was raining...
i dont know why but i've immedately decided that i like him. i know i'm confused too

I don't trust him either, though it seems kind of unfair of me to judge on what he's done thus far (parachuted onto the island and asked if Jack was Jack) and what he looks like. But yeah. He basically creeps me out.

That rain they were in must have been really cold, his ears are bright red (although it may be the helmet). I don't trust them ears though lol

Yeah he looks a bit like Charlie I dunno why Jack, or Kate for that matter, weren't more happy to see him

Plus the way he was speaking made him sound a bit... suspicious... both on the phone and in person.

no, it's not that he looks like anyone, i just think it's gonna be a cool character whether he's good or bad. i can normally tell these things

Perhaps Jack and Kate were just confused as to why somebody had to parachute down to the island.

I don't know enough about him yet to make a judgement, "are you Jack?" is nowhere near enough

Yeah, don't trust him - just seems far to sure of himself..and that..voice..uh *shudders*

I mean I don't exactly like Kate but give the girl a break! He seems far too demanding and plain weird to be trusted just yet. Also, the way he said "are you Jack?"..like he doesn't know!

Also, sidepoint - at least we have confirmation that it IS possible to parachute out of a helicopter - this was a slight point of contention last season. Sadly, this also means that Naomi didn't fall from heaven..ah well.

Yeah, I mentioned that in my first post - it might not be the same man, although the voice did seem similar. However, hard to tell for sure with the rain thundering down

He reminds me of ethan, in an early season 1 (theres something deliberately creepy about this guy i just have no clue what it is) kinda way. Basically hes the first of the 'new group' weve met (i dont count naomi) and we got a close up of his face to end the episode.

I like him.
