Naomi: First impressions?

She's a fox alright (imo)..but what are your initial impressions of Naomi?

Do you like her..trust her..distrust her etc?

I like her & I trust her

I am sure she will prove me wrong and be completely untrustworthy

I think she will find out that the reasons for her being there have been falsified to her so although she came thinking she knew stuff it turns out she doesn't

What I don't understand is why Mikhail said that she said thank you when she actually said she wasn't alone does Mikhail think she won't remember that she wasn't alone and therefore won't mention it again in english to someone ?

Me too.. I trust her eitherway because even if she is in cahoots with the Others then that would only strengthen my trust in her.

But i do think she is with (or was sent by) Penny.

As for What Mik said, well perhaps he doesnt want the losties to know that there is someone else on the island. Maybe he wants to go find them first? He's got a headstart now

Of course - I wasn't thinking

There is something bugging me about the quickness in her realising that flight 815 had been found with no survivors and Hurley telling her they had survived - I mean had you just fallen into a tree, got a branch stuck in your side, been "operated" on, had men bickering above you, your so confused you don't know which of your many languages to use and one of the men then says "I was on flight 815" would you really be paying that much attention and be that quick to make the connection with recent news story ??

I need to hear more from her before making up my mind to be honest so many questions that are open to debate at the moment to be honest

Thinking about it quickly, I think that she could infact be in league with the others to manipluate Desmond, hence on Mikhails team, therefore why she lied to Hurley.

Hmmmmmm, I'm definitely on stand-by with this question. We haven't seen enough of her yet for me to decide whether I like her character yet or not, she's only mumbled a few sentences! But on first impressions sure, she's cool I'm sure she's going to become a very interesting character and perhaps one with a big importance over the next few weeks.
I'm pretty torn as to whether I should trust her too. I feel like I should and that she's been sent to rescue/help Desmond and co with/for Penny; but trust is a difficult word which can't be tossed around to easily in Lost. Ethan, Ben, Goodwin, Mikhael and even Roussaeu spring to mind as not being the people they say they are. So I'm on hold for now...

Ah this brings back memories - such a short lived stint..

Obviosly my trust in her diminished once Ben made his "beginning of the end" comment..or before that prior to Jack beating him to a pulp.

Still, she was a nice distraction

i like her still. i mean, if you were trying to help some people get off an island and then one of them stabs you in the back... you're not exactly gonna be all nicey nicey about it.

I think she's done nothing wrong, all she's done is try to get everybody rescued - and ended up paying her life.

Hmm, I do see what you're saying, but I think that's dependant on whether or not she and her people are telling the truth..and whether or not they have good intentions for the Losties/Island. At the moment most of the evidence suggests that they don't.

I think Naomi said all of that to Kate to get her to hand over the phone, and so that even if she died, her people still had a solid cover story..

Still, she was fun and changed the game.

on a side note, it made me laugh when she asked who stabbed her - it's not a ridiculous question but at that point, with no TCP or bandaids (), did it really matter. Ah, Naomi

I don't think we have seen the last of her there must be a reason as to why she came back to life to scuttle away like that and then of course theres the mention of her sister

I don't think I really ever trusted her, but I rarely trust a character in Lost as it is. The turning point was probably when she claimed that there was a plane with their bodies in it - I thought about it and it seemed very unplausable.

OK, here's what i'm thinking:
Naomi is alive. Just, why would the creators put a Naomi flashback when Naomi is no longer with us? I know, it's to know that Abbadon has something to do with it and how they were selected. But what do you think??
