Aww, poor LuLu *my new pet name for Lucia :P * I felt so bad for her when she poured her heart out to Sayid!

We all know how difficult it is for these guys to change for the good. And im sure alot of people would agree that Ana needs to change. But should she? I mean so what if people dont like her? Isnt this their problem and not hers? I mean its not as if shes the most vile piece of work on this earth..she was so friendly and accomodating to Jack [in the Bar] and the tailies BEFORE the Others came. So is she really that bad?

I do think that she should try to improve in certain areas but i dont think she needs to change that much [and anyway shes on the right path now imo]. What do you think?

I really liked her in The Whole Truth, I liked how she really wanted to give Henry a proper chance by searching thoroughly for the balloon, unlike Sayid.

I have to admit that AL is doing a good job of trying to redeem herself, and when it came to dealing with Henry she acted in a far more moral and responsible way than Sayid.

However I do see why poeple on the island don't like her; she did shoot Shannon after all, and she's not exactly the most easy going, approachable person there is. She will never make my list of favourite characters, but for the moment I don't want to thrown her in the pit and leave her there! For now...

Well for me its all about Jack's "Live together, Die alone" speech, and really she gives the impression she would much rather Die Alone!

She said to Locke, that she had been there a week and he hadnt bothered with her, but as the new girl its her responsibilty to make the effort with them!

Yeah, i was so impressed with her..she didnt want to make the same mistakes twice did she. It showed that she was sorry about happened to Nathen and it showed that despite the fact that it sometimes looks as if she has a heart made out of teflon..she is actually very sincere and things do get to her..her conscience is very much alive. Im so glad shes on the right path! Go Ana! woot!

What she did was a mistake, and that conversation with Sayid really showed that. I think she's a good person, but just doesn't like to show it too often.[/size]

I agree, she is one of the few strong leading ladies. kate is too wishy-washy for me and has to use her charms to get what she wants [although Kate is growing slowly on me since Maternity Leave]..whereas Ana is strong yet fragile..and she also is attractive but doesnt have to rely on her looks to get places. And boy is she ever cute!

I think im in love with her..

But serioulsy, I like the journey that shes had..she was hated by almost everyone a firs tbut she has shown that she is not a bad person and that she is simply misunderstood. Her demons have made her the way she is..but she has learnt from her mistakes and continues to learn from them. For me, she is a hero. LuLu, you rock! :coolio:

My attitude on Ana is basically the same as its always been - she's okay, an entertaining character but nothing spectacular.

Its a shame really that she seems to be stuck in a rut, doing the same sort of thing over and over with the same lines and the same actions. I miss the old Ana, the one who gave shock-after-shock. She was one of the (what were originally thought of by some as) Others! She killed Shannon! She was pregnant!

Okay, so, none of that was shocking to me (damn spoilers - I think I knew all that before S1 ended) but it was better than this monotonous Ana we've had recently, she's just... fallen into the background.

But she's a lady, she deserves respect..actually she earns respect. Not since Ripley in Alien has a female character been so dominant and powerful on screen. Yet, our Ana also has grace and charm..and a wonderfully complex nature.
