Was the banter between Michael and Sawyer on the broken raft. The flashback was duller then a grey painted wall.

Michaels flashbacks were my favourite parrt of the eppisode! Beautifully made

Rewatchd it today (going through s2 again slowly, 1 every 2/3 days) and loved every second. The fugitive vs. boxmaker, Appollo bar mystery (kates face! ) and of course "well at least walt is wrapped up warm on a boat somewhere with a cup of coa coa".

And the ending... takes my breathe away every time. Others, others, OTHERS!

Michael

I think Mikes flashbacks are always beautifully crafted. I dunno why but they always touch me and i love him.

I agree that the banter bbetween Ford and Mike also helped make the eppy good though. Some great lines from Ford in this episode also and his ridiculous finger extracting bullet from arm act - the man clearly has a death wish and pain i guess is his comfort ..though it's understandable in the context of his character.

Also, in retrospect, i love the fact that Mike lamented Ford for not knowing what it's like to have someone to care about (he was refering to his own love of Walt)..and Ford gives this look..which we now know is related to his Clementine (or is it Tangerine?) Phillips thing. It's a nice touch and good how the creators DO know what most of their next forward steps are going to be..thus allowing them to plant seeds way before it bears fruit (could make a Clemintine joke at this juncture..but i wont.. :P )

Anyway, good episode ..i liked it..though i know many dont.
