Was anyone else shocked at the prospect of Sayid arriving at Santa Rosa to murder Hurley?
On a side note, I take it Sayid murdered his way into the facility? A unremorceful Sayid is quite scary quite frankly.

I didn't think he'd kill Hurley! Agreed though, Sayid without remorse is scary. ![]()

Yeah I was like OMG don't shoot Hurley!!
But as soon as he went inside I was like, he wouldn't. Doesn't matter what Sayid thinks he knows he wouldn't shoot Hurley. Remember in season one when Sayid said 'Hope is a dangerous thing to lose' (at least I think it was him lol) Sayid had always 'hoped' to find Nadia and he did and he was happy, and when she was killed that hope was taken away from him. Now he believes he has nothing to live for (which is Ben's fault I reckon ) making him unemotional. He would be fine if I could just give him a big cuddle ![]()

I thought as soon as we saw the Santa Rosa sign outside [after Sayid shot the man] that he was there to kill Hurley which scared me a little. I was relieved to say the least.
Also, did anyone else think the man in the car was about to say 8.15pm? Perhaps just another 'Numbers' reference. Agreed LL, Sayid has always been rather cold and calculated - so this new direction is un-nerving.

I noticed the 8:15 thing too. We've had quite a few of numbers references this season.
I just hope future Sayid doesn't become as cold as Keamy, that'd be bad. ![]()

I thought as a long shot, the man could have said "8.15" as a subtle joke to Sayid.
Sayid is far too good a man to become Keamy I feel.

Could be a joke, I guess.
Yeah I'd say you're right about Sayid being too good to become like Keamy. If he did though - ![]()

I dont Sayid would be like Keamy, i think deep down he is a good man who is trying to help his friends, the reason he started killing for Ben was to keep his friends protected on the island wasn't it?? And i do honestly believe that he was there to help Hurley in some way, that may be naive of me, but i dont want to think of him killing Hurley!!
