I had to give this a 10, it wasnt the most revealing or action packed episode ever, but the range of emotions it put me through, happy for Des and Penny, sadness for all the deaths, excitement, and I was just in total awe at the Island moving scene.

Everything you could ask for from a TV show, despite the devastating ending

Not the best episode ever..should really get an 8 but because it was so grand in scale it gets a 9 from me. Had this not been a finale and not had the 'grand-finale-like feel to it, I think I would mark it slightly lower..however, still great episode and my slight critisms only serve to highlight how stella this season has been.

I can't decide between 8 or 9, since I'd rate it 8.5...I know you're supposed to round up when it's a 5, but I'm not sure it does reach a 9. It was an epic finale yes, but not the best one in my view.

This was possibly the best two (almost) hours of TV I've ever watched in my life. I hope it doesn't lose anything in rewatching it. There have been episodes I've been truely engaged in more, ie Deus Ex Machina, walkabout, but taking character favouritism out of the equation, this was just so immense and totally mind blowing. I think it was the best finale yet probably because we're so completely invested in the show, more than ever before.

Obviously Locke being in the coffin was devasting beyond belief, but that aside, I'd rate this very highly indeed. A couple of dodgy 'hollywood' moments let it down ever so slightly though so I can't go for a ten.

A high end 9.

Just magnificent!

An absolutley fabulous end to the series and a great range of actions for the show. I was screaming at the TV when I thought Sawyer was killing himself by jumping from the chopper, then again when Jin died. The island moving scene was brilliant and when Penny showed up I was shocked.
One of the best Lost episodes in recent times, and excellent re-watch value.

I thought i was going to have a heart attack, it was gripping, compelling- could not take eye off screen tv..

It made me portray every emotion i think i have ( bar one ) lol...

The brilliant closure for season 4. It's so intensive and breathless. Still not the best LOST episode ever.
