Just noticed this as I was taking screencaps of this scene - there's writing on the mirror that Ben used to communicate with his people. Not sure whether this means that Ben wasn't communicating with mirror-code, but it certainly paints the idea that he was allowing the other person to 'read' what was writte on the mirror. Although if the other person was Alpert then one would have to assume that he would already know what was pre-written on the mirror?

Still, i think this is interesting myself.

I wish i could read what the writing said - might try to make a larger copy later.

Hmm, and yet from what I can tell the writing is on the back of the mirror so they wouldn't be able to see what it says...

weird.

Perhaps Ben never memorised his morse code and has to read it off the back of the mirror.
