LOL..yes Sayid..and if you had listened to Ben an entire season ago, he told you the same thing.

Sorry, I'm being self-indulgent but since when did I care? I have to document the studity of the Losties

I found it so funny how the likes of Sayid, Sawyer (everyone but Jack) is admitting tha Ben WAS right!

But at least they have the guts to admit it..whereas Jack is son defiant and stubborn it's unbelieveable. Even Sawyer called the man stubborn - Sawyer calling someone stubborn carries more than a trace of irony.

I can't wait til the finale to see what else Ben was right about and how many more times Sawyid chases his tail

No stupidity whatsoever in failing to believe the words of a serial liar who shown a willingness numerous times to cause you harm and who won't explain why he believes what he believes even when the most important thing imaginable is at stake. Ben's the epitome of the boy who cried wolf. He gave the Losties no other choice.
