From a relationshop point of view, I thought it was interesting to note Juliet's rather tearful plea to Jack to not go after the helicopter. This from a woman who rarely shows her emotions, she clearly had tears in her eyes as she bid farewell - "Don't bleed to death Jack".
![]() Maybe she was more worried about his stubborness undoing all her hard work (the surgery), but I think it's more to do with the fact that she actually seems to care for - if not 'love' Jack. I recall the way in which he tenderly saw to the 'marking' on her back in S3 - I guess she paid forward the gesture by removing his appendix.. just an example of the brief 'history' that these two have developed. They share a professional respect and personal admiration. It's a shame for them that Jack will have to(?) leave her behind..
