How awesome was it when Alpert came creeping out of the jungle and did the old 'you're surrounded' routine which Jack rudely stole from them earlier this season

It was just great to see The Others still in force on the island..Ben's people are still intact and are still fighting the good fight!

It seems that they are simply going to lead Kate and Sayid to safety (as w know they get home on that plane) but it was really interesting to see Alpert again..he always comes across as so serious, yet in a gentle and fair way.

Also, I wonder where theyave been all this time - the Temple is the likely option, but why have they decided to come out now? And where was Harper - assuming she wasn't a manifestation? It's almost as if Alpert and the Others have been communicating with Ben somehow..almost remote viewing or something, as the Harper thing and now Alpert's arrival seem to suggest that they are still in cahoots.

I'll post more on this wonderful scene later, but I just had to express my glee at seeing my people in force once more..and how kind of them to help Kate and Sayid get home. I guess we weren't that bad afterall

This was by far my favorite scene in the episode. I love Richard. When Richard came walking out and then you heard the others all **** their guns I was filled with glee. The Others Are Back!!!

I too believe they are going to help Kate and Sayid and I pray that they are the ones who take down Keamy and gang. Ben let them know he is on his way to The Orchid, so I bet that is where they will go as well. It is ironic that the others were once the group we hated for messing with the Losties and now the tables have turned and The Others have become the Heroes and the ones we root for.

Oh it was just sensational stuff! Not only do I really like the actor who plays Alpert, but seeing all of them in their 'rebel gear' was just so amazing - it brought make nostalgic memories of seasons 1 and 2 when they were mere rogues in the woods!

Yeah, I hope they help Ben take down team Keam. I'm also pleased that Kate and Sayid now seem to understand that the Others aren't the enemy - About time to! The look on their faces as they marched through the jungle with the Others spoke volumes, I think.

Exactly..I just knew the tables would turn eventually. The Others were never actually 'bad'..just misunderstood. Now they're becoming the heroes of the show and that makes me happy. Oh so happy

Yes, Kate and Sayid did appear to have a certain look on their face. I got the feeling that the Others had already explained what was going on and that K&S knew they had no choice but to go willingly. It's not like they were handcuffed or anything.
This scene is definitly on my list of top ten scenes. Oooh, I may have to start a thread for that. lol

Yeah, Alpert must have gently explained to them that they need to come with him and his people. I can't wait to watch this scene again!

I believe I will, but not until the season finale has aired on Sky, so that all of us viewers can post without accidentally spoiling anyone. Also, there may be a great scene in the finale that could not be left of the list.
