The Sickness on the Freighter

I know there's like a hundred different things that the sickness could be; the newest one being the 'Flashes'. Although after this episode I think that the sickness could be some kind of Cabin Fever (hence the title of the episode) like what Regina and a few others suffered from on the freighter. I also think this is what Keamy is suffering from now.

Fair enough the orders may be to kill everyone on the island after they have Ben, but to torch it? Surely not. I strongly doubt Charles Widmore would want the island burned. For that reason, I think Keamy has lost it a bit - a lot like Michael Biehn does in The Abyss when he starts suffering from the bends (for anyone who hasn't seen it they go really deep underwater and Biehn goes a bit mad and wants to shoot/bomb the pretty alien things there ). His men are obviously just going along with it because he's in charge, and we've seen what happens if you don't do what he says.

Going back to Danielle, if this is the sickness, then it could be possible that Danielle was the one who suffered from it and shot her crewmates in a kind of paranoid frenzy. Also it could be possible that the others went a bit looped, some of them killed themselves and Danielle just finished them off. Personally, I think it makes more sense than the 'Flashes' thing. Although it's just a thought

It does seem as though Keamy has completely lost it. When we first saw him in The Constant he didnt look like a totally psychotic person, he was patient enough with Desmond and Sayid and wasnt overly intimidating, so yeah its quite possible he's "gotten sick" and now is just going on a complete rampage until someone takes him out.
