Well we've got to find out sooner or later.

They spoke of "Rules", which for interests' sake I hope is not purely a "verbal agreement" of sorts. As abbott said, it would be good if it were along the lines of Michael's situation. It really would explain how Ben has survived so many 'near-death' experiences up to this point.

I think we could hopefully be in for some great flashbacks between Ben and Widmore.

Though why did Widmore ask "are you here to kill me Benjamin?" - it seemed to insinuate it is possible. For whatever reason I really came to like Widmore in that scene.

Perhaps in the Finalé, as we know both characters are Central to the show.

Hopefully. I'm sure there's going to be some more of their story, they can't just leave it there especially as both of those characters play a massive role now.

Yes it did seem that way. Well Widmore stated in regarding to when he started drinking; "when the nightmares began". What nightmares he is referring to I do not know. Nightmares causes by the Island perhaps? Nightmares causes by moving the Island, several 'subconsciousness' existing in his mind - a little out there yes.

Definitely. I think this is probably the biggest plotline in Lost.
