A decent episode for Heroes, but who is yours for 4.12?

Sun Kwon

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Don't much care for Sun, but good on her for melting Paik into a puddle and then stomping a mudhole into his altered features. She showed guts and determination, and heck she even looked like an ice queen from the 1940's, well done wardrobe. Most of all though she stood up for Jin-soo, and it's about time she had his back.

Benjamin Linus

Who would have thought - from so-called villain to hero. Proud.
Ben showed bravery and leadership as he initiated the plan to help John "move the island". He was also back to his snippy, snarky best with a couple of throwdowns that even Sawyer-Ford would be proud of. You can't help but root for the man as he stands toe to toe with the bad guys. Go Ben, Go island!

James Sawyer Ford

Now this is more like it Sawyer-Ford! He took good care of Aaron and finally managed to drop his selfish act by marching off to help a stubborn Jack: "You don't get to die alone!" - oh how we all cheered. Blush.
Sawyer-Ford further established his 'heroism' by reminding a certain doctor that 'Locke was right'. Sawyer-ford, you have reached new heights. Well done sir.

He is saving us afterall. He was definitely very brave for walking into the face of death as he did.

I think her actions will make her MORE of a Hero later down the line, as surely her actions will have greater meaning in time.

It's a very tough choice for me this week, but I'll go with Sawyer. Him looking after Aaron was a nice touch, and of course, following the stubborn and badly injured Doc after the gun-happy freighter team to save Hugo.
A close second with Ben, for walking into the path of Keamy an Co. at risk of his own life to save the island, since he has a plan though, I doubt this can be viewed as a suicide mission.

ummmm Sawyer. Only because Ben hasnt actually done anything yet apart from put himself in danger. And Sawyer did take Aaron go run after stubborn Jack

Although I really liked Sun standing up to her Father in the way she did, I wouldn't exactly say she was heroic...Sawyer did good work in this episode too, but I'd have to say that Ben was the most heroic since he was prepared to walk calmly to his possible immediate death in order to save the Island and everyone on it.

I've gotta vote Sawyer, and I know you'll all call bias but he really was a hero. I mean, he looked after the baby, and helped get himself, Miles and Aaron back to camp. He went after Jack, even knowing that it could get him killed. And then he seemed to be suggesting that he wanted to go after Hurley too. He's looking out for others and not so much himself - so if that's not a hero, I don't know what is

That's exactly it. Sawyer's always been slightly protective towards all of the women (maybe not Ana, but she could take care of herself) which seems to be slightly sort of...in his nature? But to see him protecting a guy, and one whom he seems to consider to be his best friend upon the island, is lovely. Sorry, I'm rambling, lol.
